The city kebab shop "LIMENKA" was founded back in 1967. Neshfet Rufati. The building was made of an iron structure that was covered with sheet metal on the outside. It was the second establishment with the character of a kebab shop in private ownership and it employed six workers. The name of the facility was "Gradska Ćevabdžinica". Nešfet's sons, Dževat and Enver, were then 14 and 10 years old. In those years, they helped their father as much as they could. As the years passed, the business expanded and the team grew, so the Rufati brothers slowly took over the responsibilities from their father. In 1985, the founder of Nešfet took a well-deserved retirement, and not long after that he left this world. The Rufati brothers take all the work into their own hands. Since the building was temporary in nature and covered with sheet metal, the guests themselves named it "Limenka".
In order to acknowledge this and make it official, the brothers changed the name of the facility to the City Ćevabdžinica "LIMENKA". Given that the building was of a temporary nature, intensive work was done to make it permanent. This was achieved in 2008, and the new facility was completed in 2010. The city kebab shop "LIMENKA" currently employs 15 employees.
